The Adventureman's Guild

A membership-based adventure organization built around skill, camaraderie, and adventure through adversity.

The Adventureman's Guild is a membership organization built to get people out of passive consumption and into the world. Across 4 chapters and more than 110 members, the Guild runs structured programming for practical skill-building, shared challenge, and camaraderie: 70-plus events and counting, from canoe expeditions, camping, archery, and fly fishing to merit-badge workshops, motorcycle rallies, and international trips in Costa Rica, Japan, and Vietnam.

As co-founder and creative director, I built and maintain the Guild's entire identity and operating system: the brand and visual language, the printed field handbook, patches, uniforms, merchandise, and collateral, the merit-badge, rank, and mentorship structure, the private community infrastructure, and the articles, media, and social content. I also help shape the experiences themselves, from local skill programs and quarterly bonfires to multi-day expeditions and international travel.

Flagship Event

Dash Remington & The Great American Monkey 1000

The Guild's flagship event: a 1,000-kilometer motorcycle adventure for 50 riders on 125cc monkey bikes across some of America's most demanding terrain. Riders receive no map and no route. Weeks before the event, they start receiving physical mail from Dash Remington, a fictional explorer with his own in-world website, and must decode the correspondence to piece together where they are going. Every artifact was written, designed, hand-printed, weathered, and mailed from the studio. Editions have run in Colorado, Michigan's Upper Peninsula, Montana, Tennessee, Moab Utah, and Minnesota.
